| | | Whitney is a third generation environmental professional with significant experience in early-stage company development. His background includes over ten years focused on the operation, financing and building of early-stage businesses. He was a founding principal of AFW Asset Management, a successful merchant banking firm whose flagship fund, the AFW Environmental Fund, invests in public companies developing and implementing environment-enhancing technologies, products and services. He was also a founding principal of ReNewal Realty, LLC, a company dedicated to the acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally contaminated properties ("Brownfields"). He has been a guest lecturer at Pace University on environmental finance and socially responsible investing. He is the co-author of "The Art of Retail", written with James W. Keyes, President & CEO, 7-Eleven, Inc. and several other leading retail leaders and published in 2003. He graduated from Cornell University. whitney@mothernature.com

| | | Dave has been designing and constructing websites for over eight years. He was the founder of the Mercury Project, an internet consulting firm providing design, database and e-commerce solutions to small to medium-sized corporate clients in the New York City area. He was directly responsible for implementing front-end and back-end systems for clients primarily in the financial and printing industries. Projects ranged from the production of online corporate brochures, to the integration of graphical interfaces, to legacy systems and the custom creation of database-driven workflow and billing management systems. Prior to 1994, he was the Art Director for Review Monthly, a Tucson, AZ-based publication for which he supervised layout and design. He began his career in 1992 as Art Director for Liquid Dreams, a Tucson-based multimedia and desktop publishing company. | | | Cathy has over ten years experience in merchant banking, acquisition and financing of micro-cap companies. Prior to joining the Company she was a managing director at Oasis Capital, a mergers and acquisition firm specializing in telecommunications and information technologies. At Commonwealth Associates, she had managed and/or assisted in early stage financings and subsequent IPOs of several Internet and healthcare companies. Previously, she was a senior manager at Ocwen Financial, a merchant bank focused on bank consolidations. She began her career in the Corporate Finance Department of the Chase Manhattan Bank. | | | Dan has over twelve years experience in marketing, sales and operations management, primarily in the graphic communications field and more recently for the Naturalist Network. As a U.S. representative for foreign publishing and printing firms, he was responsible for the sales, planning and production of printed catalogs, books and calendars for publishers such as Random House, Harry N. Abrams and the Sierra Club. He began his career as a marketing liaison for a Toyota subsidiary while living in Japan.
