It doesn't completely make me "normal" during PMS but it really curbs the peaks. I love feeling like myself even during PMS.

When I forget to take these vitamins, I drag. I usually come home after work and fall asleep by 6:00 due to my high stress job. When I do take the vitamins, I have the energy that I should have which I desperately need since I am a single mother. I really can't say enough about this product. It's been a life saver for me.
