I've been taking nutritional supplements for probably 20 years - simply because I know I don't eat right. This one has simplified my life by giving me all that I need in a single tablet - and not requiring me take it with one of those meals I was missing in the first place. I've used them just over one month and wouldn't switch to anything else - because I feel so good!

Nutritionally, I think this is a wonderful product, but I think everyone deserves a warning that this is not for women with a strong gag reflex. I think this is the worst smelling vitamin I have ever used. If you have difficulty with bad smelling vitamins make another choice.

I take birth control pills and was also recently diagnosed with cervical dysplasia/HPV. I like that this vitamin has large amounts of the B vitamins that I need to replace what is depleted from the BC pills and that help my body heal the dysplasia. I was taking a separate B complex with my old multivitamin, and now I don't need to. This pill has no iron and no hormone-interacting herbs, and as another reviewer said, didn't make me nauseous when I tested it out on an empty stomach. I wasn't expecting the serving size to be 6 pills a day, but it balances out since it includes many of the separate supplements I used to take in addition to a multivitamin.
