Dosage:

Take one tablet daily with a meal or water.

The vitamins and minerals in this formula play many important roles in the body: antioxidants to protect fats, cells and DNA, coenzyme precursors for energy production and metabolism, and cofactors for hormones and enzymes which regulate body processes.

Cautions:

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage. Exceeding the recommended dose will result in ingestion of more than 10000iu of Vitamin A from retinol, which in high amounts is known to cause birth defects. Store in a cool, dry place.
