The Menu:

Pan friend Taʻape: Ta’ape lightly dredged and pan fried, Banchan’s dad’s fermented garlic sauce, lemon
Whole Taʻape: Wet cured Ta’ape, Pig & The Lady Nuoc Cham, lemon
