Meet Silas!
After weeks of anticipation, the newest member of the Wolf Conservation Center team finally has his name – and what a fitting name it is! Meaning “of the forest” in Latin, Silas is a wonderful name for the cute youngster who will help a global audience better understand the essential role wolves play across wild landscapes.
The Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), a 501c3 non-profit organization, in South Salem, NY. Ambassador wolves Silas, Nikai, and Alawa help teach the public about wolves and their vital role in the environment.
