MotherNature.com is operated by Technetwork 2 LLC dba ai.ventures, a Delaware LLC. Our registered agent is in the State of Delaware. Contact: hello@mothernature.com.

2. What We Collect

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on page, referrer, browser/device type — collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). IP addresses are anonymized.
  • Quiz responses: If you take our health plan quiz, we collect your answers (goals, symptoms, constraints) to generate your plan. Email is optional.
  • Email (optional): If you sign up for notifications or a plan, we store your email to contact you. We do not sell email addresses.
  • Account data (if you sign in): Name and email from your Google account via NextAuth. Used for admin access only.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Some content on MotherNature.com is researched and drafted using AI language models (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT-series). All AI-generated content is reviewed by a human or expert editor before publication and is disclosed on the relevant page. We do not submit your personal health information to third-party AI providers without your explicit consent.

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management and Google Analytics 4 cookies for usage analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers beyond GA4. You may opt out of GA4 tracking via browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Extension.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

MotherNature.com participates in affiliate programs. We may earn a commission when you purchase a product through our links. This does not affect our editorial grades or recommendations. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on relevant pages.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of analytics tracking
  • Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain quiz response data for 12 months. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Usage analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (26 months). We do not retain health data longer than necessary to provide the service.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Neon Postgres with encrypted storage, and Vercel's security infrastructure. We do not store payment card data.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
